通过室内岩心细菌流动实验,从细菌浓度、注入压差、细菌繁殖三个方面讨论了细菌对岩石渗透率的伤害,认为随注入浓度和时间的增加,细菌会造成岩心降渗率下降;对低渗透储集层注水开发,要重视储集层对微生物的敏感性;细菌在地层中生长和繁殖造成了孔喉堵塞,降低地层吸水指数,这一结论对油田生产有一定的指导意义。
The paper discusses the effect of bacterial on core permerability from bacterial concentration , injection pressure, and bacterial breeding aspects, analyses the damage mechanism of bacterial to rock permeability. The testing result has a guiding meaning for oil production.
