摘要
微生物提高采收率是一种低成本、低伤害、高收效的技术,它同样可适用于稠油增产。通过菌种筛选,培养出了适合克拉玛依稠油的菌种,并考察了菌种的生存条件以及菌种对稠油的降解和乳化作用。实验结果发现,微生物可降解稠油中的大分子烃类,降低合蜡量,其产生的活性剂可降低稠油界面张力,形成油水乳状液,从而增强其流动性,达到增产的目的。
Microbial reservoir stimulation and enhanced oil recovery (MRS/MEOR) is a low cost and high profit technology, which can also be applicable to Heavy Oil reservoir. The selected bacteria species used for Kara-may Heavy Oil are introduced with living environment and effects of degrading and emulsifying on heavy oil. The results are:bacteria species can degrade large molecule hydrocarbon and decrease their wax content, and generated surfactant can decrease interfacial tension to generate oil - water emulsion and improve flow property so as to enhance the production.
