摘要
针对现河采油厂史南油田抽油杆使用过程中存在的问题,对现场暴露出的抽油杆疲劳断裂、杆管弯曲造成杆管之间的偏磨现象进行了全面系统的分析,提出了有针对性的措施防止现场抽油杆偏磨、断裂。
This paper analyses systematically the rod failure and off - center wear phenomena during applying rod in Shinan Oilfield. Rod failure is a fatigue fracture, the bending of tubing and sucker rod result in off - certer wear between tubing and sucker rod. Meanwhile, the paper proposes corresponding preventive measures.
