大孔树脂富集三裂叶蟛蜞菊倍半萜内酯A和B的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 大量富集三裂叶蟛蜞菊倍半萜内酯 A,B(WTA,WTB)。方法 采用气相色谱法测定 WTA和WTB,并以 WTA和 WTB的含量、洗脱率、精制度为考察指标 ,研究 D1 0 1 大孔树脂吸附 WTA和 WTB的工艺条件及参数。结果 通过大孔树脂吸附后 ,WTA和 WTB的洗脱率达 90 % ,5 0 %乙醇洗脱部分中 WTA和 WTB的含量为总固物的 4.0 1%~ 4.0 9%。结论 可以采用大孔树脂富集 WTA和 WTB。 Object To enrich the yield of wedeliatrilolactone A and B (WTA and WTB) from Wedelia trilobata (L.) Hitchc. Methods WTA and WTB were determined by gas chromatography and their eluting ratio and purities were analysed by determining their contents in different fractions eluted from D 101 macroporous resin. Results The eluting ratio of WTA and WTB was increased up to 90% and their contents were 4 01%~4 09% in 50% alcohol fraction. Conclusion WTA and WTB can be separated by D 101 macroporous resin.
