摘要
目的 观察金樱子和鸡内金对实验性高糖高脂兔腹部脂肪及血糖、血脂含量的影响。方法 将新西兰大耳白兔随机分为 3组 ,正常组 5只 ,饲普通饲料 ;对照组和加药组各 9只 ,饲糖脂颗粒饲料 135d后 ,加药组加金樱子 5 0 g/ (只·d)、鸡内金 2 7g/ (只·d) ,2 5d为 1个疗程 ,共 2个疗程。实验期末放血处死兔 ,分离肠系膜及腹壁脂肪 ,称质量。同时检测血清葡萄糖 (GLU)、甘油三酯 (TG)及胰岛素 (INS)浓度。结果 饲糖脂饲料 135d后 ,GLU及TG均升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。加金樱子和鸡内金治疗 2个疗程后 ,加药组与对照组比较 ,GLU及TG均降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;体质量与腹壁脂肪质量组间比较无统计学意义 ;肝及肠系膜质量加药组与正常组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组与正常组比较亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。
Objective It is to observe the effects of Cherokee rose hip and Membrane of Chickens Gizzard on body fat and plasma glucose and lipid levels of text glycemia and hyperlipemia rabbits.Methods The New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups at random. Five rabbits were in normal group and fed with general feed. Nine rabbits were in control group or treated group respectively and fed with high fat/sugar feed. After 135 days, Cherokee rose hip 50?g/d and Membrane of Chickens Gizzard 27?g/d were given in treated group for two treatment courses in which there were 25 days. After the end of experiment, the rabbits were killed by bleeding, and fat was separated from mesentery and abdominal wall and then weighted. Serum GLU, TG and INS were detected.Results After feeding high fat/sugar feed for 135 days, GLU and TG both increased ( P <0.05). After giving Cherokee rose hip and Membrane of Chickens Gizzard for two treatment courses, contrasted with control group, GLU and TG both decreased ( P <0.05). There were no difference in body weight and abdominal wall fat weight strong the groups. There were significantly difference in liver and mesentery weights between the treated group and the normal group ( P <0.05), and there were very significantly difference between the control group and the normal group ( P <0.01).Conclusion Cherokee rose hip and Membrane of Chickens Gizzard can decrease serum GLU and TG levels and reduce the accumulation of fat in the liver and mesentery.
