芪箭消瘿汤对自身免疫性甲状腺炎小鼠甲状腺超微结构的影响

Effect of Qijianxiaoying soup on thyroid ultramicroscopic structure in autoimmune thyroiditis rat

目的 观察芪箭消瘿汤对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎小鼠自身抗体、甲状腺病理形态及超微结构的影响。方法 运用人甲状腺球蛋白与完全弗氏佐剂混合免疫注射法模拟小鼠实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎 ,用被动血凝法检测甲状腺自身抗体水平 ,HE染色观察小鼠甲状腺组织病理改变 ;透射电镜作甲状腺超微病理检查。结果 电镜观察模型组小鼠甲状腺滤泡受损 ,细胞器变性。芪箭消瘿汤可明显抑制甲状腺自身抗体水平 ,减轻小鼠甲状腺组织淋巴细胞浸润 ,恢复受损甲状腺滤泡细胞功能 ,作用优于雷公藤片。结论 芪箭消瘿汤可调节桥本氏甲状腺炎的自身免疫紊乱 ,减弱组织形态及超微结构的病理改变 ,对小鼠实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎疗效显著。

Objective It is to observe the effects of Qijianxiaoying soup on autoantibody, thyroid pathology form and ultramicroscopic structure in experimental autoimmune thyroiditis rats.Methods The experimental autoimmune thyroiditis rats were induced with injection of hTg and CFA. The levels of thyroid autoantibody were surveyed with PHA. The pathology changes of thyroid tissue of rats were observed with HE coloration. The thyroid ultramicroscopic pathology was observed with TEM.Results The thyroid follicle scathed and organelle degenerated in model group rat. Qijianxiaoying soup can obviously suppress the thyroid autoantibody levels, lighten the lymphocyte soakage of thyroid tissue and renew the function of scathed thyroid follicle cell. The effects of Qijianxiaoying soup were superior to Triperygium wilfordii.Conclusion Qijianxiaoying soup can adjust autoimmune disorder in Hashimoto’s thyroid, impair the pathology changes of tissue form and ultramicroscopic structure. It has distinctness curative effect on autoimmune thyroiditis.
