摘要 为了比较103型麻醉机、SC-Ⅱ型和蓝鲸R-Ⅱ型呼吸机的通气效能,对60例手术患者进行了酸碱血气的临床观察。结果表明:只要掌握得当,都可用于常规通气,但R-Ⅱ型和SC-Ⅱ机械通气优于103型控制呼吸。103型控制呼吸PaO_2高,PaCO_2亦易偏高或偏低,故较长时间的控制呼吸以机械通气较为理想。通气过程中需随时作血气监测,根据具体情况适当调节通气量和气道压,以确保病人安全。 The ventilatory effect of 103 anesthesia apparatus manually, the SC--Ⅱ and Blue Whale R-Ⅱ mechanical ven- tilators in 60 cases were observed. The results showed that they could be used for ventilation if applied properly. PaO_2 was high under the ventilation of 103 anesthesia apparatus. PaCO_2 might change over-high or over-low easi- ly. Relatively the mechanical ventilators were more desirable when longterm ventilation was needed. For the safety of patients, one should check the blood gases serially and adjust the ventilation volume and pressur accordingly.
