用非破损方法检测安全壳混凝土质量的试验研究

Experimental Study on NDT for Concrete Quality of Containment

摘要 本文根据安全壳的特点,通过实验室和模拟试验,摸清了钢内衬、配筋、预应力预留管道等因素对超声参数的影响,在国内外首次提出采用非破损方法对安全壳混凝土质量进行检测。通过对我国第一座自己设计和施工的核电站安全壳混凝土质量的全面检测,不仅充分说明这方法是完全可行的,而且也证明安全壳混凝土的质量完全合乎我国有关标准和设计的要求。 According to Characteristics of containment, effects of steel liner, reinforcements and prestressing ducts on ultrasonic parameters were investigated by laboratory and model tests, and NDT for concrete quality of containment is first presented at home and abroad. Through overall testing of concrete quality of containment of China's first nuclear power plant, designed and built by Chinese, the method is found to be completely feasible and the concrete quality of the containment is in good agreement with relevant standards and design requirements in the country.
