三种重金属离子对东方小藤壶幼虫的急性毒性效应

THE TOXIC EFFECT OF THREE HEAVY MENTAL IONS ON LARVAE IN Chthamalus challenged Hoek

研究了3种不同浓度重金属离子对东方小藤壶(Chthamalus challengeri)二期幼虫的急性毒性效应。结果表明:铜、锌、镉离子均有较高的毒性,它们对二期幼虫的12 h半致死剂量分别为1.00mg/L、2.29mg/L和0.56mg/L,24h半致死剂量分别是0.71mg/L、1.71mg/L和0.14mg/L,毒性大小依次排为Cd^(2+)>Cu^(2+)>Zn^(2+)。

The toxic effects of three kinds of heavy metal ions (Cu2 +, Zn2 +, Cd2 +) on larvae Ⅱ of Ctuhamalus challenged Hoek were studied. The results showed that three kinds of heavy mental ions (Cu2+, Zn2 + , Cd2 + ) exhibited high toxicity to Chthamcdus challenged Hoek, and their 12 h · LC50 was 1.00 mg/L、2.29 mg/L and 0.56 mg/L respectively, while 24 h · LC50 was 0.71 mg/L、 1.71 mg/L and 0. 14 mg/L respectively. Therefore, the toxicity of Cu2 +, Zn2+and Cd2 + to larvae Ⅱ of Chthamalus challengeri from high to low was: Cd2 + > Cu2 + > Zn2 +.
