摘要  在油气开发中,CO2对钢铁管道的腐蚀是影响安全生产的主要问题,采用有机缓蚀剂来控制CO2腐蚀是一种操作简便、行之有效的方法。以吗啉衍生物与咪唑啉衍生物、硫脲及丙炔醇进行复配得到一种抗CO2腐蚀的气 液双相缓蚀剂。采用静态挂片失重法,研究吗啉衍生物及其复配物对抑制CO2对N80钢腐蚀的效果。试验表明,该吗啉衍生物与咪唑啉衍生物、硫脲及丙炔醇复配后对抑制CO2的腐蚀有很好的效果。在实验条件下,该缓蚀剂的加入量为500mg/L时,气相中的缓蚀效率为93.6%,液相中的缓蚀效率为96.9%,是一种高效气 液双相缓蚀剂。 Using the organic corrosion inhibitors was the most easy and effective means to prevent the carbon steel pipelines from CO\-2 corrosion. A vapor\|liquid phases corrosion inhibitor was obtained by mixing morpholine derivative with imidazoline derivative, thiourea and propiolic alcohol. The corrosion inhibition efficiency of complex inhibitor for N80 steel was studied by static suspension weight\|loss method. The result shows that the corrosion inhibitor had good inhibition efficiency for CO\-2 corrosion both in vapor phase and liquid phase. When the content of corrosion inhibitor was 500 mg/L under the experimental condition, the inhibition efficiency was 93.6% and 96.9% in vapor phase and liquid phase, respectively.
