摘要
利用失重法和电化学动电位复活(EPR)技术,研究了1.0mol/LH2SO4溶液中,硫脲对不锈钢的缓蚀效果受H2S影响的情况。结果表明:硫脲在酸性溶液中水解产生的H2S对不锈钢的缓蚀效率有很大影响,硫脲对不锈钢的缓蚀效率随溶液温度升高而降低,其浓度极值现象与H2S的生成有关。
The corrosion behavior of stainless steel in dilute H\-2SO\-4 containing thiourea was investigated with weight loss and electrochemical dynamic potential reactivation (EPR) technology. The effects of temperature and acidity were also studied. The results showed that the inhibition efficiency was greatly affected by H\-2S. The inhibition efficiency of thiourea decreased with the raise of temperature, which was probably related to H\-2S produced by hydrolysis of thiourea.
