The Design Expression of Air-defence Structures Derived from Nuclear Blast Action

文中首先推导和讨论了设计基准使用期内构件目标可靠指标β与核爆作用下可靠指标β_H的关系。进而论证了核爆作用取用最大值常量,并对其出现概率作出适当估计的可能性。最后提出了实用的承载能力设计表达式。

In this paper the relation between target reliability index of element in its standard service period, β, and reliability index under nuclear blast action, β_H, is discussed and derived. In addition, it is possible to use the maximum constant value of nuclear blast action and to assess its appearing probability properly. Finally, a practical design expression of load capacity is suggested.
