摘要
以土霉素生产菌株 138#为出发菌株 ,经饥饿培养、5 - FU、UV、咖啡因复合诱变处理 ,再用含高磷酸盐的培养基定向筛选 ,得到高产突变菌株 10 0 #。该突变株遗传特性稳定 ,代谢特性优于出发菌株 ,经 5 7m3发酵罐生产验证 ,生产稳定 ,低效价罐批减少 5 9.5 % ,在磷酸盐浓度提高到 0 .0 4 %~ 0 .0 5 %时 ,统计一年的正常罐批平均发酵效价比对照菌株提高 5 .76 %。
A high oxytetracycline producing strain was obtained by treating with mutagenic factors, such as 5-FU, UV and caffeine, and screening with higher concentration of phosphate in culture medium. A stable productivity was testified that when the concentration of phosphate in the culture medium increased to 0.04%~0.05%, the average productivity of 100 batch fermentation level was increased by 5.76% than the parent strain.
