摘要
分析了 15kt/a直纺涤纶短纤维装置熔体输送能力的影响因素。该装置增容至 2 4kt/a ,熔体输送管线耐压能力可满足生产 ,熔体停留时间减少 7.5min ,熔体温升提高 3 .7℃ ,特性粘数降减少 0 .0 0 7dL/g。
The influential factors on the capacity of melt transportation pipelines were studied for 15 kt/a direct spinning PET staple plant. The resistance to pressure of melt pipeline met the requirement of the production, the melt hold time was decreased 7.5 min, the melt temperature elevation was increased 3.7℃, and the viscosity drop was decreased 0.007 dL/g after the capacity of the staple fiber plant was enlarged from 15 kt/a to 24 kt/a.
