Drug Interaction between Nonsteroid Anti-inflammatory Drugs and Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors

非甾体抗炎药可能通过抑制前列腺素的合成而削弱血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂的有益作用,如对原发性高血压、心肌梗死和充血性心力衰竭的治疗方面。作者对两者相互作用的临床试验研究进行了综述,目前比较肯定的是非甾体抗炎药吲哚美辛对血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACE)降压作用的影响,而阿斯匹林与后者之间的相互作用结果不一,需要进行更多的前瞻性临床试验。

Nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may attenuate the beneficial effects of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors by depressing the synthesis of prostaglandins. Some clinical trials about the interaction between the two drugs in treating hypertension, myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure were reviewed in this artcle. It is certain that indomethacin will attenuate the antihypertensive effect of ACE inhibitors, but there are still contradicted between the interaction of aspirin and ACE inhibitors. More prospective clinical trials are needed to further study the interaction between these two drugs.
