介绍了测试有色差涤纶长丝织物中深浅色差丝的热应力、取向度和单丝直径来分析织物产生色差的原因。指出单丝直径的差异是产生织物色差的主要根源。织物色泽随直径变大而加深 ,单纤维的直径相差越大 ,则色差越明显。

The factors causing color difference of PET filament fabric was studied by determining the thermal stress,orientation degree and filament diameter. It was pointed out that filament diameter was the critical factor causing color difference. The greater filament diameter is, the heavier the color of the fabric is. The greater the diameter difference between filaments is, the greater the color difference is.
