摘要
简述了纺丝空调装置常用的控制回路 ,分析了纺丝装置用空调的控制方法 ,提出了定露点控制方案 ,采用变频器和旁通蝶阀共同作用调节风压。
The regular control loop was briefly introduced for spinning plant. The methods of conditioner control were analyzed for spinning plant. The design of fixed dew point control was suggested. Air pressure could be controlled by the cooperation of frequency converter and bypass butterfly valve.
