摘要
为了替代镁铬砖中的铬组分 ,利用氧化铁能在氧化镁中固溶的特点进行了高铁含量镁砖的制备研究。探讨了高铁镁砖的烧成温度、氧化铁含量和粒度组成等工艺参数对制品性能的影响。试验发现 :当高铁镁砖中的氧化铁含量为 9% ,烧成温度低于 1 5 80℃时 ,这种高铁含量的镁质材料的体积密度较高 ,为 3.0 5 g·cm- 3,热膨胀系数适中 ,为6.5 81× 1 0 - 6 ℃- 1 ,荷重软化温度较高 ,为 1 62 0℃ ,对水泥物料表现出良好的抗侵蚀和抗渗透性能。
To replace the chromia component in magnesia-chromia brick,the research of preparing the high iron magnesia brick was conducted according to the characteristic that Fe 2 O 3 can form a solid solution with magnesia.Effects of some technology parameters such as firing temperature,Fe 2 O 3 content and the particle size composition on properties of the brick were researched.The results show that the Fe 2 O 3 content in the high iron magnesia brick should be not more than 9% and firing temperature below 1580 ℃.The prepared brick has a high density of 3.05 g·cm -3 ,moderate thermal expansion coefficient of 6.581×10 -6 ℃ -1 ,high refractoriness under load of 1620 ℃ and high resistances to corrosion and penetration of cement clinker.
