摘要 研究了两种刚玉微粉及水泥加入量对座砖浇注料性能的影响 ,结果发现 :使用D50 =2 μm、呈多峰分布的微粉的浇注料 ,其性能明显优于使用D50 =3μm、呈单峰分布的微粉的。微粉的最佳加入量为 6.5 % ;铝酸盐水泥的最佳加入量为 2 .8%。试制的刚玉质座砖具有优越的高温性能 ,完全满足现场使用。在武钢二炼钢寿命达到 60次 ;在太钢现场使用寿命达到 67次。 Effects of additions of two kinds of alumina micro powders and aluminate cement on properties of castables for preparing well block were studied.The results reveal that the properties of the castable prepared with alumina micro powder with D 50 =2 μm,particle size distribution being multi peak are obviously better than those of prepared with alumina micro powder with D 50 =3 μm,particle size distribution being mono peak.The optimum additions of alumina micro powder 2 # and aluminate cement are 6.5% and 2.8% respectively.The prepared corundum well block has excellent properties at high temperatures and can satisfy the requirement of the site application.
