摘要
简要分析了传统润滑材料的抗磨减摩机理,介绍了纳米材料的制备、微观结构和特性,叙述了纳米材料作为新型润滑油添加剂的可能性及其种类.并且探讨了纳米润滑材料的抗磨减摩机理,认为纳米材料的润滑作用主要是在摩擦副表面起“微型球轴承”、“自修复”、“薄膜润滑”的作用.在介绍纳米润滑材料的研究进展的同时,提出了研究纳米润滑材料亟待解决的若干问题.
The paper gives a simple analysis of the anti-wear and friction-reducing mechanism of traditional lubricating materials. It introduces the preparation, microcosmic structure and features of nano-lubricating materials, describes the possibility and types of nano-lubricating materials as the novel lubricants, and discusses the anti-wear and friction-reducing mechanism of nano-lubricating materials. It is believed that the lubricating function of nano-lubricating material lies in that the surfaces of the friction pairs play the part of microcosmic ball bearing, self-repair, and film lubrication. While introducing the research development of nano-lubricating materials, the authors also put forward several problems waiting to be solved.
