摘要 用一维流计算原理分析了多腔混合轴承的动态特性.计算了典型的毛细管节流四腔轴承在各种设计参数下线性化的刚度系数和阻尼系数,从而得到了轴承相应的刚度和稳定性速度阈值.将这种简化计算方法得到的数据与传统的雷诺方程数值解法得到的数据相比较,讨论了前者的误差影响.在常用工况条件下,其计算结果满足工程需要. An analysis and simplified solution to predict the dynamic performance of multi-recess hybrid-operating oil journal bearings are presented by one dimension method. The linearized stiffness and damping coefficients of a typical capillary-compensated bearing with four recesses are computed for various design parameters. The corresponding stiffness and the stability threshold of the bearings are then obtained. After comparing the data got form the simplified solution with those from the numerical solution of Reynolds equation, this paper discusses the error in the former solution and proves its results can meet the needs of engineering under normal working condition.
