摘要 建立了高速强力电磁阀干阀的数学模型,包括磁路模型,电路模型和动力学模型,运用MatlabSimulink将上述三个模型联系起来求解,实现了诸如电流、阀芯位移、电磁力等参数的动态仿真.同时,在试验的基础上验证了模型的正确性,并运用此模型定性研究了驱动电压、残余间隙、运动质量等因素对电磁阀响应速度的影响. In this article, the mathematical model of the high-speed solenoid valve including the magnetism model, the current model and the mechanics model. These three models are related by using Matlab Simulink to form the simulation model. So that the current, the distance and the magnet force of the valve can be simulated. As seen from the experiment results, the simulation model is correct to some extent. The influences of such factors as the voltage, the remaining working gap, the movement mass etc. on the response speed of the solenoid valve are analyzed.
