摘要
以红土镍矿硫酸焙烧熟料溶出液为原料,以氢氧化钾为造矾剂除铁合成了黄钾铁矾。实验考察了造矾温度、造矾时间、造矾终点溶液p H值对除铁率的影响,并考察了铁离子初始浓度对除铁率的影响。在铁离子初始浓度20.02 g·L-1条件下合适的造矾条件为:造矾温度95℃、造矾时间4 h、造矾终点溶液p H值2.5。黄钾铁矾为分散性良好、外形规则的花状颗粒,由多个表面光滑的片状颗粒组成。
Employing the clinker digestion solution obtained by roasting the nickel laterite using H_2SO_4 as raw material,the Jarosite( K_2Fe_6( SO_4)_4( OH)_(12)) was successfully synthesized from the solution with analytic grade KOH as reagent for removing iron. The influences of the reaction temperature,reaction time and p H value of the solution at reaction end for synthesizing jarosite on the removal ratio of Fe^(3+) were investigated,and the effect of the initial concentration of Fe^(3+)was also discussed. The appropriate reaction conditions were as below: reaction temperature 95 ℃,reaction time 4 h and p H value 2. 5 of solution at reaction end for synthesizing jarosite at initial concentration concentration Fe^(3+) 20. 02 g·L^(- 1).The K_2Fe_6(SO_4)_4( OH)_(12) with good dispersancy and regular cluster figure is composed of sheet particles with smooth surface.
