摘要
利用室温下弛豫铁电单晶0.88Pb(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-0.12Pb Ti O3(PZN-12%PT)的材料参数,计算了[001]c极化PZN-12%PT晶体中的声表面波传播特性。结果表明,PZN-12%PT单晶具有优于传统压电材料的声表面波特性,但略逊色于三方相PZN-PT晶体。不同切型PZN-12%PT单晶的声表面波特性不同。综合考虑晶体的三种声表面波特性,发现Y切型晶体的综合声表面波性能最好。PZN-12%PT单晶较高的居里温度可以扩展压电器件的工作温度范围。
Using the material parameters of relaxor-based 0. 88Pb( Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3)) O_3-0.12 Pb TiO_3( PZN-12%PT) ferroelectric single crystals at room temperature,the surface acoustic wave propagation properties of the 0. 88Pb( Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3)) O_3-0. 12 Pb Ti O3 single crystal poled along [001]cwere calculated. The results show that the surface acoustic wave properties of PZN-12% PT single crystals are better than that of conventional piezoelectric materials,but are lower than that of rhombohedral phase PZN-PT crystals. It is also found that the surface acoustic wave properties of PZN-12% PT single crystals of different cutting types are different. Considering the three kinds of the surface acoustic wave properties of crystals comprehensively,it is discovered that the comprehensive surface acoustic wave properties of the Y-cut crystals possess superior performance. The higher Curie temperature of PZN-12% PT single crystals can extend the working temperature range of piezoelectric devices.
