摘要
以滑石、蓝晶石、红柱石和石英粉为主要原料,ZrO_2为添加剂制备了堇青石材料。研究不同的ZrO_2的引入方式对合成堇青石材料相组成、热膨胀系数及显微结构的影响。结果表明:引入ZrO_2材料的堇青石含量较高,热膨胀系数低,其中,以天然含ZrO_2蓝晶石为原料合成的堇青石材料的热膨胀系数最低,为2.48×10-6/℃。ZrO_2的引入能抑制反应过程中红柱石相转变为莫来石相,降低材料的孔隙率,促进堇青石晶粒发育。
Cordierite was synthesized by mixing proper amounts of talc,kyanite,andalusite and quartz powder,with ZrO_2 as additive. The effect of the introducing way of ZrO_2 on the phase composition,microstructure and thermal expansion coefficient in the preparation of cordierite material was studied. The results show that materials containing ZrO_2 have higher cordierite content, low thermal expansion coefficient,and cordierite material synthesized by natural containing ZrO_2 kyanite as a raw material has the lowest thermal expansion coefficient,which was 2. 48 × 10-6/ ℃. ZrO_2 can inhibit the reaction process of andalusite phase into mullite phase,reduce the porosity of materials,and promote the development of cordierite grains.
