摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了磷钨酸(HPW)/碳纳米管(CNTs)/TiO_2复合纳米颗粒,利用X-射线衍射、BET低温氮吸附、红外光谱、透射电子显微镜及紫外-可见漫反射光谱等对其进行了性能表征。实验结果表明,在HPW与CNTs的共同作用下,使CNTs在前驱体溶剂体系中的分散性得到有效改善,更利于TiO_2在其表面的均匀分布,提高了TiO_2的光利用率,从而使TiO_2复合纳米材料的光催化性能得到明显改善。
Phosphotungstic acid / carbon nanotubes / TiO_2 nanocomposites with the enhanced photocatalytic activity were prepared by sol-gel method. The samples were characterized using various techniques such as X-ray diffraction,BET adsorption analysis,Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectro-scopy. The role of phosphotungstic acid and carbon nanotubes in composites for enhanced activities was discussed. It is found that the dispersibility of carbon nanotubes was improved via the combined effect of phosphotungstic acid and carbon nanotubes.The composites show higher photocatalytic activity because the high dispersion of TiO_2 on CNTs and the band gap of composites is somewhat narrower.
