Li_2O-ZnO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃的烧结特性

摘要 采用收缩率、X射线衍射、扫描电镜对Li2O-ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2(LZAS)系微晶玻璃的烧结特性、析晶特性及烧结后微晶玻璃试样的结构进行了研究。结果表明:LZAS微晶玻璃在530560℃烧结时,析出的主晶相为γⅡ-LZS,γ0-LZS和方石英为次晶相。在590℃烧结时开始析出β-石英固溶体。620℃以上温度烧结时,析出的主晶相为γ0-LZS和β-石英固溶体,方石英为次晶相。LZAS系微晶玻璃的烧结属于粘滞性流动烧结,试样在470590℃的温度区间完成烧结,但烧结温度高于530℃时由于试样析晶导致烧结收缩出现'滞缓'现象,590℃以上温度烧结时试样出现了流散。 The sintering property,crystallization and microstructure of Li_2O-ZnO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2( LZAS)glass-ceramics were investigated by using shrinkage rate, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that when the sintering temperature was between 530 ℃ and 560 ℃,the main crystal phase in the LZAS glass ceramic was γⅡ-LZS,the secondary crystal phases were γ0-LZS and cristobalite; when the sintering temperature was 590 ℃,β-quartz solidsolutions were found; when the sintering temperature was over 620 ℃,the main crystal phases were γ0-LZS and β-quartz solidsolutions,the secondary crystal phase was cristobalite; The sintering mechanism of LZAS glass-ceramics belonged to viscosity flow sintering; The densification was completed when the specimens are sintered between 470 ℃and 590 ℃; When the temperature was beyond 530 ℃,the sintering shrinkage of the specimens displayed a ' tardiness' phenomenon; The liquid phase started to flow when the sintering temperature was over 590 ℃.
