摘要
基于垂直凝固原理设计并研制了适合中低温晶体生长的微下拉法生长炉。采用该生长设备成功生长出不同掺杂浓度的锗硅酸铋纤维晶体,讨论了工艺参数以及掺杂浓度对晶体生长的影响,所得纤维晶体的最大长度达到195 mm。测试了晶体XRD和发射光谱。结果表明,随着SiO_2含量增加,Bi_4(Ge_(1-x)Si_x)_3O_(12)单晶的晶胞参数随着Si含量增加而减小,而Si掺杂使晶体主发射峰轻微地向短波方向移动。
The micro-pulling-down furnace were designed based on the principle of vertical solidification and fabricated in our lab. BGSO fiber crystals with x = 0,0. 05,0. 10 and 0. 15 have been grown in the furnace.The growth parameters were optimized and BGSO up to 195 mm in length was obtained. XRD patterns and emission spectra have measured and the results showed that the lattice parameter decrease linearly with the increase of Si contents while the main emission peak move to short wave with the increase of Si contents.
