烧成气氛对原位反应合成MgAlON微结构影响 被引量:1

Influence of Sintering Atmosphere on Microstructure of MgAlON by In-Situ Reaction

摘要 以活性α-Al_2O_3微粉,轻烧MgO微粉和金属Al粉为原料合成了MgAlON,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等研究了1600℃保温3 h烧成时,不同保护气氛对原位反应生成MgAlON的物相组成、晶格常数及显微结构的影响。结果表明:分别在埋碳和氮气保护条件下,以活性α-Al_2O_3微粉,轻烧MgO微粉和金属Al粉为原料均能原位反应合成MgAlON。与埋碳条件比较,氮气保护气氛条件下合成的MgAlON具有良好的烧结性能,致密的显微结构,较大的晶格常数。 MgAlON synthesized with the activity α-Al_2O_3 micropowder,Mg O micropowder and metal Al powder as raw material at different atmosphere was research object,and the influence of the different atmosphere( fired in coke bed and fired in flowing nitrogen atmosphere) on phase,lattice constant and microstructure of synthesis MgAlON was investigated by SEM,EDS,XRD. The results show that: MgAlON can be attained when the samples are fired at 1600 ℃ for 3 h in coke bed and at flowing nitrogen atmosphere respectively. Compare with sample fired in coke bed,the MgAlON synthesized by in-situ reaction at flowing nitrogen atmosphere has better sintering performance,bigger lattice constant,and more complete crystal.
