以膨胀珍珠岩为骨架制备毒性气体吸附剂研究

摘要 将膨胀珍珠岩用 15 %HCl浸泡除杂后 ,作为有毒气体吸附剂的载体骨架。按吸附剂与载体骨架质量 1.3∶1.0的配比把吸附剂均匀涂在骨架上 ,在 5 0 0℃的条件下加热脱水 ,制得有毒气体的吸附剂。经对SO2 、NO2 进行吸附实验 ,去除率达 98%以上。 After being purified by soaking with HCl of 15%, expanded pearlite served as skeleton of noxious gas adsorbents. The ratio of adsorbents and skeleton was 1.3∶1.0, and the adsorbents was coated evenly on the skeleton. The noxious gas adsorbents was obtained by heating and dehydrating with 500℃. Through the adsorption experiments on SO 2 and NO 2, the removal ratio was over 80%.
