摘要
开发了一种新的扭矩测量系统 ,此系统由磁弹性扭矩传感器、数字信号处理器和旋转编码器等组成。通常 ,磁弹性扭矩传感器的性能在很大程度上取决于轴材料 ,如果轴材料的磁特性不均匀一致、各向同性 ,则作用扭矩的瞬时值不可能检测。然而采用本文开发的系统 ,可以准确地实时测量作用扭矩的瞬时值 ,因此这种系统可以广泛地应用于扭矩的在线实时测量。
A new instantaneous torque measurement system, which contains magnetoelastic torque sensor ,a digital signal processor and a rotary encoder, has been developed. Generally, the performance of magnetoelastic torque sensor depends greatly on the shaft materials and stability shaft in running. If the magnetic properties of the shaft surface materials are not so seriously uniform and isotropy, the instantaneous value of applied torque cannot be detected. With this new system, the instantaneous values of applied torque can be accurately measured in real time. Therefore, this system can be widely used to real time torque measurement on line for all type of turning shafts.
