电化学治疗联合肝动脉、门静脉双管灌注化疗治疗中晚期肝癌

摘要 目的探讨电化学治疗联合肝动脉、门静脉双管灌注化疗治疗中晚期肝癌临床疗效。方法 96例经病理证实无法手术的中晚期肝癌患者,分为两组;A组(N=58例)经肝动脉和门静脉插管灌注化疗皮下埋植化疗泵组,B组(N=30例)电化学治疗联合肝动脉、门静脉双管灌注化疗组。结果 A、B两组的总有效率分别为13.7%和42.1%;治疗后获得二期手术切除术率分别为0和10.5%(P<0.05);生存率0.5、1、2年分别为58.9%、46.5%、12.1%和86.9%、65.9%、40.2%(P<0.05);并发症差异无显著意义。结论电化学治疗联合肝动脉、门静脉双管灌注化疗是治疗中晚期肝癌的有效方法。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of electrochemical therapy in combination with hepatic artery and portal vein dual perfusion chemotherapy in treatment of advanced primary hepatocellular cancer. Methods A total of 99 patients with pathologically proven and unrespectable primary hepatocellular cancer were divided into two groups.In group A (n= 58), the patients were treated with hepatic artery and portal vein dual perfusion chemotherapy through a hypodermic implanted drug delivery pump.In group B (n = 38), the patients were treated with electrochemical herapy tin combination with hepatic artery and portal vein dual perfusion chemotherapy. Results The total effective rate was 13.7% and 42.1 in group A and group B, respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05) .The secondary respectable rate was 0 and 10.5% in group A and group B, respectively (P< 0.05) .The half- , 1 - and 2 year survival rates were 59.8%, 46.5% and 12.1% in group A but 86.9%, 65.9% and 40.2% in group B, respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05) .However, there was no marked difference in incidence rate of complications between the two groups (P < 0.05) . Conclusions The therapeutic effect of electrochemical therapy in combination chemo therapy in advanced, primary hepatocelluar cancer is better than that of hepatic artery and portal dual perfusion chemotheratpy alone.
