显克欣治疗浅部真菌病临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Xiankerin in Treatment of Soperficial Mycoses

显克欣外用治疗浅部真菌病28例,对照组外用酮康唑软膏24例,疗程3周。显克欣组痊愈89.3％(25/28),显效率21.4％(6/28),有效率96.4％;对照组痊愈率77.3％(17/22),显效率18.2％(4/22),有效率95.5％。两组痊愈率、有效率相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),但2周痊愈率两组分别为67.9％(19/28)和36.4％(8/22),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不良反应:显克欣组1例有轻度烧灼感,对照组2例因局部刺激使皮损加重而终止治疗。结果显示显克欣具有见效快,痊愈所需时间短,不良作用小等特点,是疗效较好的治疗浅部真菌病的外用制剂。

Xiankexin was used in treatment of 28 cases of superficial mycoses.24 cases were treated with ointment of ketoconazole as control. By the end of treatment, cure rate were 89.3% (25/28), markedly improvement rate were 21.4% (6/28), and the effective rate were 96.4% in the Xinkexin group; cure rate were 77.3% (17/22), markedly improvement rate were 18.2% (4/22), and the effective rate wen 95.5% in the control group.The total effective rate between two groups was not significant difference (P> 0.05) .Cure rate were 67.9% (19/ 28) and 36.4% (8/22) respectively in treatment of 2 weeks, which have significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05) . 1 patient treated with Xiankexin had slightly burning sensation and 2 patients in the control were stopped treatment because of local stimulation. It appeared that Xiankexin is an effective agent for beatment of superficial mycoses.
