摘要
由三苯基膦和氰化亚铜配位反应合成了1种潜伏性环氧固化促进剂,通过红外、紫外光谱,示差量热分析及凝胶时间和适用期测定对其性能进行了研究,并将其应用于酸酐/环氧树脂体系。结果表明:三苯基膦与氰化亚铜形成了配位物,配位物在常温下稳定,178.5℃分解。180℃时它对酸酐/环氧树脂体系的促进效果接近于三苯基膦,其40℃下的适用期为280 min,比三苯基膦提高了3倍,具有较好的潜伏性。
The latent epoxy curing accelerator was synthesized by coordination reaction of triphenylphosphine and cuprous cyanide.The properties of the accelerator were studied by IR,UV,DSC and testings of gel time and pot life. The accelerator was applied in anhydride/epoxy system. The results showed that the complex of triphenylphosphine and cuprous cyanide was formed and stable at room temperature. Its decomposition temperature was 178.5 ℃ and its promoting effect on the anhydride/epoxy system was close to that of triphenylphosphine at 180 ℃. The accelerator had good latency and its pot life at 40 ℃ was 280 min,three times higher than that of triphenylphosphine.
