摘要
通过红外光谱分析,凝胶时间、固化度以及力学性能测试等研究了石英/不饱和聚酯树脂(Si O2/UPR)复合材料微波固化的可行性,并与热固化方式作了对比。结果表明,Si O2/UPR复合材料微波固化速率比热固化快了约6倍,树脂固化度略有降低,弯曲性能提高,这表明石英/不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料采用微波固化可行且高效。
The microwave curing feasibility of quartz / unsaturated polyester resin(Si O2/UPR)composite was investigated by FT-IR analysis and the testings of gel time,curing degree and mechanical properties and compared with the thermal curing method. The results showed that the curing rate of Si O2/UPR composite by microwave curing was about 6 times faster than that of thermal curing.The curing degree was slightly decreased and the bending performance was improved. That indicated the Si O2/ UPR composite using microwave curing was feasible and efficient.
