摘要
采用自制的双阴离子氨基磺酸盐为亲水单体,与具有不同环氧当量的双酚A型环氧树脂反应制备了一系列新型的磺酸盐型反应性环氧树脂乳化剂。对乳化剂产物结构进行了红外表征,对乳化剂溶液的表面张力以及乳化能力进行了测试。结果表明,合成的乳化剂能较好地降低水的表面张力,具有一定亲水亲油链段平衡的环氧树脂乳化剂(疏水链段为E20)对环氧树脂E51具有最好的乳化能力,而且随着乳化剂含量的增加,乳液平均粒径变小,乳液稳定性变好。由此乳化剂形成的乳液制备的双组分水性环氧涂料具有较好的漆膜性能。
A series of novel reactive epoxy resin emulsifier based on sulphonate was prepared by using self-made dual anionic amine sulfonate as hydrophilic monomer and reacting with bisphenol A type epoxy resins with different epoxy equivalents. The structure of the product was characterized by IR spectroscopy. The surface tension and emulsifying capacity of the emulsifier were tested. The results showed that the synthetic emulsifiers could preferably reduce the surface tension of water. The emulsifier with E20 hydrophobic segment had a hydrophilic-lipophilic segment balance and the best emulsifying ability for E51 epoxy resins. With the increasing of emulsifier content,the average particle diameter of the emulsion was decreased and the stability of the emulsion was better. The two-component water-borne coating based on the sulphonate emulsion had good film performence.
