摘要
将废不饱和聚酯树脂粉末(WUPRP)用作成核剂制备了低密度不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)。通过凝胶时间、表观密度、压缩强度测定及电镜分析研究了WUPRP及碳酸钙和柠檬酸3种成核剂对低密度UPR性能的影响。结果表明:3种成核剂对UPR的凝胶时间影响很小。WUPRP的掺量高于其他2种成核剂,对低密度UPR样品的压缩强度影响最小。WUPRP表面结构特点可使其降低成核反应能,并益于其在树脂中分散,成核效果优异,制得的低密度UPR样品泡孔小、气泡大小和分布均匀,力学性能提高。
The low-density unsaturated polyester resin(LDUPR)was prepared using waste unsaturated polyester resin powder(WUPRP)as nucleating agent. The effects of three nucleating agents WUPRP,calcium carbonate and citric acid on the properties of LDUPR were investigated by the testings of gel time,apparent density,compressive strength and electron microscopy. The results showed that three nucleating agent had little effect on the gel time of LDUPR. The WUPRP dosage was higher than the other two nucleating agents and the effect on the compressive strength of the LDUPR was minimum. The WUPRP surface structure features could help it to reduce the activation energy of nucleation and benefit its dispersed in a resin. The WUPRP had excellent nucleating effect and the LDUPR had sample cell,uniform bubble size and distribution and improved mechanical properties.
