摘要
采用凝胶时间测定、DSC分析及力学性能测试研究了温度、引发剂和促进剂用量及工艺方式等对新型溴系阻燃乙烯基酯树脂及其复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,升高温度,增加引发剂、促进剂的用量均能加快树脂的凝胶固化,提高复合材料的前期弯曲性能(对硬度影响较小),且前者作用时间较长,但经后固化后,性能差异减小。真空导入工艺(VIP)制品的性能前期提升较慢,但最终要优于手糊工艺(HLP)制品。
The effects of temperature,initiator and accelerator dosage and process on the properties of novel bromine-based flame retardant vinyl ester resin and their composites were investigated by gel time measurement,DSC analysis and mechanical property testings. The results showed that the gelling and curing of the resin could be accelerated by increasing the temperature,the amount of initiator and accelerator and the earlier stage flexural properties of the composites could be improved(less impact on hardness). The effect time of the former was longer. But after post curing,the performance difference was reduced.The properties of products by vacuum infusion process(VIP)were improved slowly at the earlier stage,but the final performance were better than those of hand lay-up process(HLP)products.
