摘要
在石墨烯(GNs)中加入羧基化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),在机械搅拌与超声作用下制得MWCNTs-GNs溶液,其后制得石墨烯-碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料(MWCNTs-GNs/EP)。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、动态力学分析仪(DMA),热重分析(TGA)及力学性能测试等研究了MWCNTs-GNs用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,MWCNTs-GNs对环氧复合材料有明显的增韧效果,加入质量分数0.2%的MWCNTs-GNs,可使MWCNTs-GNs/EP复合材料的热稳定性明显提高,玻璃化转变温度从156℃提高到182℃,热分解温度最大提高27℃,最大分解温度提高20℃。冲击强度和拉伸强度分别提高了将近1.6倍和1.7倍。
The carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were added to graphene(GNs)to prepare MWCNTs-GNs solution under mechanical stirring and ultrasonication.Thereafter,the graphene-carbon nanotube/epoxy composites(MWCNTs-GNs/EP)were prepared.The effects of MWCNTs-GNs amount on the properties of composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and mechanical properties tests.The results showed that the MWCNTs-GNs had obvious toughening effect on the epoxy composites.The thermal stability of the composite was significantly improved by addition of 0.2 wt%MWCNTs-GNs The glass transition temperature was increased from 156℃to 182℃.The thermal decomposition temperature was increased by a maximum of 27℃and the maximum decomposition temperature was increased by20℃.The impact strength and tensile strength were increased by nearly 1.6 times and 1.7 times,respectively.
