摘要
采用均匀沉淀包覆工艺,制备出不同粒径增加值的表面纳米化的微-纳复合氧化铝填料,通过力学性能、热性能和电气性能测试研究了填料的粒径增加值、不同掺混比例(均匀沉淀包覆氧化铝占总氧化铝的质量分数)对其环氧复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:氧化铝经均匀沉淀包覆处理后,其环氧复合材料的拉伸强度小幅提升,击穿强度随填料粒径增加值增大而减小,随掺混比例的增加先增大后减小,粒径增加值为12.3 nm,掺混比例为10%时,击穿强度最大,达到33.43 kV/mm,提升7.8%,可将其用于提升高压电器用绝缘子的可靠性。
The surface nano-modified micro-nano complex alumina fillers with different particle sizes increase values were prepared by the uniform precipitation coating process.The effects of the particle size increase value and blending ratio(mass fraction of the uniform precipitated coated alumina based on the total alumina)on the properties of the epoxy composite were investigated by the testings of mechanical properties,thermal properties and electrical properties.The results showed that the tensile strength of the epoxy composite was slightly increased after the alumina was uniformly precipitated and coated.The breakdown strength was decreased with the increasing of the particle size increase value of the filler,and increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing of the blending ratio.When the particle size increase was 12.3 nm,and the blending ratio was 10%,the breakdown strength was the highest at 33.43 kV/mm and it was increased by 7.8%,which could be used to improve the reliability of insulators for high-voltage electrical appliances.
