尖晶石LiMn_2O_4的多元掺杂改性研究 被引量:18

摘要 采用高温固相法合成了多元复合掺杂改性的尖晶石型锰酸锆正极材料 .用X射线衍射法对材料进行了表征 ,表明所得材料均呈现良好的尖晶石结构 .通过充放电测试 ,发现其中LiMn1.93 Co0 .0 2 Cr0 .0 2 Al0 .0 2 La0 .0 1O4和LiMn1.93 Co0 .0 2 Cr0 .0 2 Al0 .0 2 Zr0 .0 1O4的循环性能有了很大程度的改善 ,循环 5 0次后仍能保持 94%和 The modified spinel lithium manganate doped with several ions was prepared by solid-state method. The prepared cathode material was characterized by XRD and all the samples have perfect spinel structure. The results of the charge and discharge curves showed that the cycle performance of LiMn 1.93Co 0.02Cr 0.02Al 0.02La 0.01O 4 and LiMn 1.93-Co 0.02Cr 0.02Al 0.02Zr 0.01O 4 have been improved so obviously that 94% and 91% of the initial capacity were preserved respectively after 50 cycles.
