针对全省建筑节能工作整体落后现状 ,分析了落后的原因 ,提出加大宣传 ,健全管理机构 ,落实节能设计标准 ,分步实施配套措施 。

According to lagging situations of building energy saving works in Shanxi the causing reasons are analyzed and some measures are proposed to improve building energy conservation work, which should focus on strengthening publicity, perfecting management system, carrying out energy saving design standards and so on.
