摘要
随着中国正式加入WTO组织 ,国内建筑行业也将面临更大的竞争。简要论述了建筑企业如何开展以人为本的管理 ,增强企业的凝聚力 。
Along with China became one member of the TWO, domestic architecture enterprises face more intense competition. This paper tentatively discusses the management means of regarding human as the basis to improve the consolidation strength of enterprises.
