摘要
针对建筑企业 ,分析了其人力资源的特点及存在的问题 ,阐述了在建筑企业管理中推行激励机制的具体措施 ,指出只有实现高效现代的人力资源管理 。
In view of the characteristics of human resources and existed issues in building enterprises in this paper the concrete measures carrying out incentive scheme in management of building enterprises are elaborated. Author points out that high efficient modern human resources management is the base ensured the better development of enterprises.
