摘要
介绍了工程承包中普遍使用的几种模式 ,从传统承包、管理总承包、工程管理等方面进行了论述 ,通过全面、准确地起草合同来反映双方达成的交易 。
The contract models are introduced in this paper and according to contain traditional contract, engineering procurement contract and project management detailed discussion is carried out. Author points out that the overall and accurate contract is a dealing, which can reduce accidents and risk.
