摘要
介绍了建立国有施工企业项目经理激励机制的原则 ,对当前国有施工企业项目经理激励与约束机制中存在的问题进行了分析 。
The principle of establishing the excitation mechanism for project manager in state owned construction enterprises is introduced. At the same time according to the issues existed in present incentive restraint mechanism analysis is carried out. Author points out that effective incentive and restraint mechanism of project managers is the fundamental assurance for enterprises' development.
