摘要
介绍了施工企业工程造价管理的概念及特性 ,从引进竞争机制、有效控制造价等方面进行了论述 ,指出建立逐级管理体系 ,制定企业定额 。
The conception and features of project cost in construction enterprises are introduced in this paper. And based upon discussion on introduction of competition mechanism, cost control and other aspects author proposed that establishing management system, norm management and modern enterprises system are the fundamental assurance for good construction cost management.
