从城市广场设计的一般原理出发 ,分析与评价了重庆朝天门广场在设计中的优点与不足之处 ,提出了一些见解 。

Based upon city square design principles the advantages and disadvantages in the design of Chaotianmen square in Chongqing are analyzed and appraised. Some opinions are proposed in order to provide some inspirations for city square design in the future.
