摘要
介绍了建筑业项目管理的重要性 ,阐述了项目经理在项目管理中的核心作用 ,指出项目管理要面向建筑市场 ,且运行过程要规范化 。
Based upon introduction of the significance of project management in construction the key role of project manager played in project management is elaborated. Author points out that project management should meet the demands of building market realizing normalization and standardization in operation.
