简要介绍了建筑物外墙渗漏水的主要原因 ,并针对其原因列举了若干种类型的渗漏水现象。通过对各种类型的渗水现象的分析 。

In this paper the reasons caused the outside wall leakage are briefly introduced and according to those causes several leakage types of outer wall are illustrated. And based upon leakage analysis corresponding leakage prevention measures are proposed for external wall.
